I tried to book for both my sons OKU fare which is 50% off published fare of MAS. The Call Center Agent said "No OKU fare for the CNY session" ie "No OKU fare during peak period"

Anyway fair and sqaure in term of business decision.

I candidly asked "Is that mean OKU cannot fly during peak session or CNY period since MAS does not allocated seat for OKU?" The agent reply "YES"

I then said "Thank you very much"
