Zahid O Zahid

6/21/2013 04:11:00 PM
Gobind had earlier called for Zahid to be suspended from the Cabinet pending the outcome of the civil suit as its outcome could trigger off calls for police action and it would be “improper” for Zahid to be the minister in charge of the police if that were to happen.
Zahid in response to Gobind’s call for his resignation said that only the Prime Minister can make that decision. “The Prime Minister is the one who appoints and dismisses a minister, that is his prerogative,” said Zahid earlier this week.
Please read about it here...

A wise man with a brain will resign pending the investigation or outcome of the court case. This is call conflict of interest, No?

Calling him a wise man might be too much, but without a brain? OMG!!

Borneo United Reliance Party (婆羅洲聯合信實黨)

5/21/2013 12:23:00 PM
How about this? Borneo United Reliance Party (婆羅洲聯合信實黨) in short BURP

All MP from Sabah and Sarawak United and forms a reliance party called the Borneo United Reliance Party (婆羅洲聯合信實黨)

With this new party to represent Sabah and Sarawak interest, we will have stronger and legitimate bargain power to seek justice, development and autonomy. Sabah and Sarawak joined Malaya as equal partners together with Singapore, but Singapore has since left the union.

Now set aside your personal interest for once, and have the heart for the people of Sabah and Sarawak. Don't look for Financial Return, Power and Glamour for ONCE. Just do this for Once in your life time and have your name and legacy in the history of Sabah and Sarawak, and Malaysia.

Can we the people of Sabah and Sarawak call upon those who are elected to do something? Let match on for a better and bright future.

James Masing, please stop talking about race based party, look at MCA! They are ousted and now they are looking for excuses to be in the EXCO or Cabinet. What a shame really! We do not need a race to represent another race in the Cabinet or EXCO. We need a truely Malaysian to represent Malaysian.

You might say that I am contradicting myself, since BURP will be representing Sabah and Sarawak, not Malaysia as a whole. But please allow me to be selfish a bit.. Sabah and Sarawak has been sidelined and abused for the past 40++ years, we need to be strong to represent and protect our interest. However we should not be Race or Religion based when we make a decision. Justice and Righteousness is the keys.

Please like the page in facebook >> Borneo-United-Reliance-Party-婆羅洲聯合信實黨

The next question is what's next? Any suggestion please comment on the Facebook page

  • Anything but PROMISES. We cannot accept PROMISES
  • ONLY Instant BENEFIT
  • ON 5 May 2013, VOTE ANYTHING But NO BN
  • You do not have to feel BAD or Guilty
  • The INSTANT BENEFIT is FROM OUR Tax Payer Money. It is OURS, NOT BN
  • You can always GIVE IT BACK to the NEW GOVERNMENT if you feel Guilty
  • TAKE ANYTHING BUT DO NOT VOTE for BN

To my brothers and sisters in Sarawak and Sabah, we Malaysian need you now! Don't be fool again by those PROMISES. We had enough of PROMISES..

BR1M RM1200 last me 2 years and 5 months

4/08/2013 04:06:00 PM
With the recent announcement of BN manifesto, and my immediately response is "WOW Great, I can survive for 2 years and 5 months on RM1200 handout."

The BR1M one-off cash payment to low income households (who earn less than RM3,000 per month) will be increased, during the next five years, from RM500 to up to RM1,200. The BR1M will also be paid out annually.
Please read about it here: -

Once again, using my money to buy vote. Please lah!! Enough is Enough. We do not need handout, give us the tools (Education, Fair Opportunity and Clean Corrupt Free Government) and we will succeed with Dignity. If you are a low life (who depend on handout), please don't treat us Malaysian as one..

Altantuya Never Set Foot in France?

6/26/2012 03:08:00 PM

I am surprised that the above new has been spin to the maximum.

1. France police reported has been said Altantuya never set foot in France

2. They might have based on Custom and Immigration Check at Airport entry where incoming flight from other countries other than EU

3. Hence Altantuya never set foot in France as per direct flight from Mongolia, Hong Kong, Malaysia or Non EU countries.

4. Travelling by Bullet Train, Railway or by car within the EU, you do not need to show your passport most of the time.

5. That already happen even before EU was formally form.

6. I have traveled within Europe by Bus, Rail and Car without the need of custom clearance or check since 1998. Only occasionally at boarder check point, they will ask to "See" your passport without stamping whatsoever

7. How about enter France with Malaysian Diplomatic Team?

8. Read this >>> http://www.ehow.com/about_4577673_do-need-passport-travel-europe.html

Spin on!

Can Umbrella deflect the sound wave of LRAD?

4/28/2012 02:34:00 AM
The Long Range Acoustic Device (LRAD) is an acoustic hailing device and sonic weapon developed by LRAD Corporation to send messages, warnings, and harmful, pain inducing tones over longer distances than normal loudspeakers. LRAD systems have been used to counter piracy, as non-lethal crowd control weapons, and as communication devices.

If you wear earplug of headset might help.. I am just wondering if we have an umbrella turn the other way round and point back at the speaker. The sound wave will be deflected back toward the speaker instead. Even if it is not 100% but the effect on the resonance and vibration might help to knock off the speaker. No?

Wok might be a better solution but no way I am going to carry a Wok around KL.. May be I will try bring a fold-able umbrella and try it out

Please share and twit this out..

4/28/2012 02:09:00 AM
The video from PDRM claims that the people are aggressive.
We do not have tank, water canon, tear gas and heavy trunk.

We can only VOICE out our angel, if you are not trained to ignore then go back to "Control Training"

We are your BOSS and you are our staff. Start acting like one and stop biting the hand that feed you. Hmm yeah even a Dog does not bite the hand that feed it.. This is worst than a Dog, No?

Court Order: No Bersih 3.0

4/27/2012 04:07:00 PM
Just read online by Tony Pua that PDRM is not going to setup road block. On the other hand I read from
Hornbill Unleashed that the court has granted a court order to the PDRM.
I quoted from the article in Hornbill Unleashed: -
“Therefore, any gathering at Dataran Merdeka, that is all the land surface bordering Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin, Jalan Raja and Jalan Kelab except the area occupied by the Selangor Royal Club… is now banned, and the public are warned against attending or taking part in any gathering from April 28, 2012 to May 1, 2012,” Zaki wrote.
Shall we match to Selangor Royal Club? Selangor Royal Club we dare you to setup hospitality to welcome Bersih 3.0.

Provoking The Public? Can we do Citizen Arrest?

4/19/2012 04:39:00 PM
Dear Home Minister,

Please do us a favor and go on national TV and announce that anyone can do a Citizen Arrest of those involved. Please do the following: -

1. On all major TVs, play the VIDEO of the Attack and the PICTURE of the Attackers
2. Announce that the Malaysian Citizen can go ahead and do a Citizen Arrest.

Forget about the excuses of who is involved or what groups are involved. Just arrest all those involve and put them to jail.. Maximum possible penalty. PDRM is a professional and efficient, No?

What is Citizen Arrest? This is what taken from Wiki specifically based on Malaysia Law: -

Malaysia

Section 27(1) of the Criminal Procedure Code allows for a private person to arrest a person who, in his view, has committed a seizable offence or a non-bailable offence:[15]
Any private person may arrest any person who, in his view, commits a non-bailable and seizable offence or who has been proclaimed under section 44 and shall without unnecessary delay hand over the person so arrested to the nearest police officer or, in the absence of a police officer, take that person to the nearest police station.
Sub-section 5 further allows the arrest of a person who commits an offence on or with respect to the property of another by any person who is using the property to which the injury is done, or by the servant of either of those persons or by any person authorized by or acting in aid of either of those persons:[16]
Any person who commits an offence on or with respect to the property of another may if his name and address are unknown be apprehended by the person injured or by any person who is using the property to which the injury is done, or by the servant of either of those persons or by any person authorized by or acting in aid of either of those persons, and may be detained until he gives his name and address and satisfies such person that the name and address so given are correct or until he can be delivered into the custody of a police officer.
A "seizable offence" is defined as an offence in which a police officer may ordinarily arrest without warrant as per defined by the Code.[17]
I am not a lawyer, can someone comment if this is feasible or allowable in Malaysia?

Why Bersih 3.0?

4/14/2012 06:17:00 PM
The above picture downloaded and share from http://delcapo.wordpress.com/2012/04/13/why-bersih-3-0/

As long as the SPR is not independent
As long as any chance of ONE person can vote more than ONE
As long as the media is not independent
As long as Tax Payer's TV and Radio are not for the PEOPLE
As long as Sabah and Sarawak are still been exploited for Wealth and Political Gain
As long as the people are NOT REALLY in POWER to decide

As long as Malaysia still in the TOP 50 of most corrupted country

We NEED to CLEAN UP, WASH UP and BERSIH 3.0, BERSIH 4.0 or More is the ONLY Way OUT..

NO?

Bersih 3.0, 28 April 2012

4/14/2012 01:56:00 PM
I have attended rally in NZ, Christchurch while studying in Canterbury University before.

The police will lined up the way and escort the people to march to the destination. The whole event is fun and more like an carnival of fun and family outing.

When we reached the destination, the place is full of fun and a lot of activities for the kids. A lot of stores are set up to cater for the need of the people. Food and Drink business is good.

After the event, we did not go back home immediately. We shop in the city and all the shops are doing a good business, everyone is happy. Why can't we do the same?

It is so simple, the police need to line up the street to secure the way for us to rally. The escort Bike or Car will clear the way. Anyone who try to disturb will be arrested and drag away. It is a simple job for the police as long as they do not trying to stop it. It is the right of the people to voice out, and we are your BOSS.

Why can't the police try it out? Can you? I think we are more matured to be civilized and at the same times enjoy the whole event.

Please do not use the excuse of rally affect the business of the shops in town. Your action is the one that screw thing up.

Regards

Stopped by the Police

4/18/2011 03:53:00 AM
On the way back from work and was stopped by the police somewhere near Bukit Jalil. After convinced myself they are real police, I gave them my NRIC and Driving License.

They asked me to get out of my car, and they searched high and low. I did not say anything.
One of the guy was looking through my wallet, taking every bit of cards, papers, receipts out. I stared.
He then asked why I stared, my replied "Just to make sure you did not steal anything" Actually what I wanted to make sure was they do not planted anything. My phone camera was on, and I pretended to talk on the phone.

Keep asking where I leave, I kept repeating just refer to the NRIC, Driving License and Road Tax.

They broke my Driver Side door handle without apologizing, I was mad.
Seeing I was getting mad, one of the guy started apologizing. But another guy was so rude and challenged me to file a police report, or file a claim for the demage. What a disgrace to the police force. But I remember the 90/10 rule, my action to their provocation will spoiled my day. I shake my head and felt sad that such a police force still exist in Boleh Land. What is new?

I have no respect for Malaysian police before, not now and not in near future. Especially when they behaved like this. These policemen are from Low Educated group of people who does not know the law well. How can one enforce the law if they are not well versed in it?

I asked for the ID or Police Number, they refused to give me. Just asked me to copy the Patrol Car Number plate down. What the hack? Usually the police number is visible on their uniform, but their Yellow Jacker covered it up. Intentionally?

There you go, Malaysia Police for you!

No Cover-up

4/08/2011 06:11:00 PM
The PM said No cover-up in the death of Selangor Customs Assistant Director Ahmad Sarbani Mohamed. We are looking forward for the outcome of the investigation.

With the public perception (Real or Otherwise) of the police and MACC, I believe we need to do something different here. I wish we have an independent body that only answerable to the Parliament and the King.

Can we have some real transparency please. Enough is Enough!
