Valet Parking Zone in Hospital Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (HUKM) in Cheras? I was visiting HUKM on 2 April 2009 at 9am in the morning. The car park is usually packed with visitor's car, and we usually have to wait for another car to go before getting a parking space. Sometimes we have to double park and put out gear in Neutral and Release the Hand Brake, so other can push our car around if we block them.
Then I found out that a big stretch of the prime parking space has been converted into Valet Parking.
We give the parking management company to convert the hospital of the tax payer into Valet Parking? We give the permission to do so? Why? Who will benefit? I rather have the prime location converted into parking space for disable or OKU (Orang Kurang Upaya)
I found out that those we benefit are those "rich" Tax Payer who drive a big car like this one.
