Oh SYABAS, please don't spend the unnecessary money on this kind of marketing. Water is a basic need for human being, save the money and give us cheaper water. You are taking our natural resource which belong to the people and charge exorbitant price. Why doing all this marketing? You are a monopoly and no competitor is going to take away your business.Stop spending money on your SYABAS info on Radio and TV, save the money and give us cheap and clean water. My fellow citizen who stay in KL and Selangor, call them and voice out your concern. Write to your MP too.

When i was studying in the UK in the early 90's, WATER IS FREE !!! NO BILLS NO NOTHING. Just gas for the heater and electricity bills. The next thing we know we would be paying for the air we breathe.
